The engine and propeller had been overhauled for the first time TBO for the aircraft and the owner was fixing up the plane with new avionics and paint.

While sitting in the hangar an F1 tornado came through and part of the hangar roof fell on the back of the aircraft doing extensive damage to the tail section. The rest of the airplane was not hurt but the owner gave up on the project and I wanted the engine for an experimental I am building but don't need the propeller. It is truly a good deal for someone needing a TSO'd propeller.
