H.F.Dorna was established in 1988 and has received Design Organization Approval Certificate (DOA) ,Type Certificate (TC) and Production Approval Certificate (PA) qualifications for this two seat aircraft called , Blue Bird and UL/ LSA aircraft which called Free Bird.
